1. DELIVERY COST

Delivery cost may vary based on the parcel size and address. Please note all the correct details on checkout, or make contact with us over email to place your order if you’d prefer to receive a quote before purchasing.

Collection from our workshop is free, and we can prepare items for collection by your courier, should you prefer.

Please note that liquids cannot be sent using air freight, economy road only for all oils or lubricants.

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1 working days upon confirmation of payment. If there is any delay with your order, we will notify you accordingly.

If your order is required by a certain date, please let us know this when you place your order.

An email confirmation with your tracking details and an approximate time-frame will be sent once your order has been dispatched. You will be able to track your order directly with the delivery service provider, however we are happy to track it for you if you wish.

Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you if need be.

Please note: We require your physical daytime address for courier deliveries.

Returns Policy

The products sold by HRM services are all for specialised applications. If you are not sure about a part code, tip size etc, please give us a call. Should an item be ordered incorrectly, it will be for your account to return the goods to us, refunds are only possible if the items are returned in original packaging where applicable, unused and complete.

Please note the following:

  • If you receive a defective item, please notify us immediately. It will be exchanged at our expense.
  • All other returns and exchanges are at your own expense. You are welcome to send returns to us with whichever courier you prefer, but it must be delivered to our workshop (no lockers etc).
  • Please supply us with a tracking reference so that we can follow it up.
  • If you prefer that we arrange a courier to collect, we can provide a quote.
  • The item/s remains  your responsibility until it reaches us.
