HRM Services supplies professional airless spray painting equipment, high-pressure paint pumps, industrial machinery, replacement parts, and technical accessories. By accessing our site or purchasing from our online shop, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Agreement of Sale

An agreement of sale between HRM Services and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company receives proof of payment. Up until this point all goods remain the property of HRM Services.

Product Availability

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability and will be delivered only within the Republic of South Africa to areas where we deliver.
We endeavour to display all items and sizes currently available on our website. Occasionally an item may not be available and we will inform you as soon as possible if this is the case with your order.
Some items

Colours

Although we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on our website, colours may vary. Please rest assured that items are only listed together where they are of the same quality (example our Tip Guards might be black or grey, depending on the supplier, but this does not affect the functionality or ratings in any way).

Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed and dispatched via a courier service. Please view details here.
We have outsourced all delivery and collection arrangements to third party service providers. A delivery being delayed by the delivery service provider is not grounds for return or refund.
The customer accepts that if any person at the delivery address has signed for the delivery, then this is a proof of delivery and our sales agreement is complete.

Return and Refunds Policy

An order may be cancelled by the customer if payment has not yet been made. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched by HRM Services. View our returns and refunds policy.

Customer Details and Privacy Policy

HRM Services does not hold your credit card information. Customer details will be stored separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za. Please read our privacy policy here.

Payment Options Accepted

Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard credit cards or by bank transfer or cash deposit into HRM Services’ bank account, the details of which will be provided during the checkout process.

HRM Services takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods on this website, customer service and delivery of goods. We will endeavour to keep all information on this website as accurate and up to date as possible.

The use of any product bought from this website is at the customer’s risk. The customer and user indemnifies and will not hold HRM Services liable  for any loss, injury, damages or adverse reactions which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on this website.
