Shipping Policy

At HRM Services, we aim to supply your order as quickly as reasonably possible.

Collection from Premises:

Clients are welcome to collect their orders free of charge from our premises during our regular office hours.

Courier Delivery:

We offer courier delivery for your convenience.

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1 working day upon confirmation of payment. If there is any delay with your order, we will notify you accordingly.

If your order is required by a certain date, please let us know this when you place your order.

An email confirmation with your tracking details and an approximate time-frame will be sent once your order has been dispatched. You will be able to track your order directly with the delivery service provider.

Please provide your contact number and the delivery address on checkout.

This service is provided through third-party courier companies. Once goods have been handed over to the courier, responsibility for the items passes from HRM Services to the client. HRM Services cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or delays that may occur during transit.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) 68 of 2008, we strive to ensure that goods are delivered in good order and within a reasonable time. However, once the items are collected by the courier, any issues relating to the delivery process must be addressed directly with the courier company.

Returns and Refunds:

All returns are at the client’s own cost unless otherwise agreed in writing. Returns will only be accepted under the conditions outlined in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Please refer to that section for full details on eligibility, timelines, and the process for returns.
