In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA)
We strive to ensure all our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. Please refer to our terms and conditions below.
1. Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- The product delivered is defective or damaged.
- The product supplied was incorrect or does not match the item ordered.
All refund requests are subject to inspection and verification by our team. We reserve the right to assess the returned item before any refund or exchange is approved.
2. Client Errors:
If an item was ordered incorrectly by the client:
- A refund will not be issued.
- However, we may allow an exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- The cost of returning the item to us will be the clients’ responsibility.
- The client will also be liable for the cost of shipping the replacement item.
3. Warranty & Faulty Items
If a warranty claim is approved due to a factory fault, or other valid reason
We will cover the full cost of collecting the faulty item and delivering the replacement item.
Warranty claims will not be accepted where:
- Products were used incorrectly or for unintended purposes.
- Damage occurred due to incorrect installation or use of machines, tips, or parts not as per manufacturer instructions.
4. Used Items
- Products that have been used are not eligible for a refund or a credit. Used items might be exchanged for the same item, if said item failed due to a defect only apparent after use, or deterioration not caused by anticipated and reasonable wear and tear.
- Using an item in a way that it was not intended immediately voids all warranties and eligibility for exchange.
5. Return Procedure
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact us directly via email, telephone call or WhatsApp.
- Provide proof of purchase and a clear explanation of the issue.
- Promptly respond to any requests for supplementary information, photographs etc
- Await confirmation before sending any items back.
